How can I achieve this special effect?

Poeple don't care about the number of pages.
Your casting and crew calls are still statistics I guess.

"I need a PSM for a 1 page script"

People want to know: genre, tone, approx length, (number of) location(s), number of shooting days, story. And the hard part: it helps if you can show something :P

Does the scene have a kind of ending?
Or is it just hanging there in the middle? (Also a possibilty)

I think H44 should film 7 or 10 second vine

Hell I filmed this with my CELL PHONE
More than H44 has ever posted to the forum

LMAO!

Eat that li'l bird, dawg!

Now, please tell us about the camera used, settings, casting, pre and post production, how you addressed the audio collection and filtering, did you hire a PSM or AD and what was that process like, did you color grade for increasing contrast so that you could desaturate, etc.?

But most importantly - what did your friends tell you when you showed them this clip?!

I wouldn't say that that is more than I ever posted. I posted two short films on here before, that were longer than the cell phone video, so I don't know if I agree with that, with all due respect of course.

But I will get on that one page script and shoot it without letting lack of crew stop me. I'm looking for actors now.

The truth comes out. I had a 6 man film crew and after audience feedback had to return to the original set and film a reshoot with a different contrast setting on my camera

Where are those short films ?
All I've seen from you is test footage.

You don't need to look for actors! You don't even need actors. Get creative.

I'm recreating the Twin Peaks intro out of nothing but paper. NO ACTORS. No real locations. And definitely no excuses! Just my brain, a lot of paper, tape, glue, scissors, puppeteering and my camera.

And guess what, the largest Twin Peaks website on the net reached out to me and wants to premiere it on their site when finished. I didn't even begin to do any marketing work yet and I already have people flocking to me to post on their blogs.

On both counts, I call:

The first one was what looks like a camera/editing test. So far from being a short.

The second. Did you just upload to refute that you've never uploaded a short?

Assuming this is your short, well done. You've somewhat completed a short. It's the same short that you're still in post production with for color grading, from the grading video you posted in the other thread.

Use this short to leverage into other film making endeavors.

sfoster said he never saw the shorts I posted on here before, so I re-uploaded them, for that reason. It's the same short I was grading, yes.
