editing Freehand Crop In Premiere CS5?

Hi, this may be a stupid question but in Adobe Premiere CS5, how do you freehand crop? I need to crop something that is more of a complex shape than just a rectangle, is there any way of doing this? Thanks to anyone that helps : )

Is it moving?

Try a 8 or 16 point garbage matte. If it's still, trace the image in photoshop and make a black and white matte to use as a luma matte.

Wheat's option is the best, but requires After Effects.

sorry, i missed that detail.. premiere not AE. yeha, how DO i do it in premiere.. ?

Thanks for those, I will take a look at em later, and yeah I'm pretty sure it is possible on Premiere but it might be easier on After Effects.
