I'm new to the forum world so I'll keep it short and simple!
I'm a filmmaker based out of the Pacific Northwest near Portland, OR (but in Washington).
I've been working in film and video production for 14 years. I taught filmmaking (specifically editing, editing theory, and camera operation) at the School of Digital Filmmaking - UofN - in Kona, Hawaii. Teaching helped connect me to the Los Angeles industry. After being LA based my wife and I followed filmmaking back to the NW where I own and operate a production company while maintaining a global reach and network (you have to appreciate the ability to work remotely these day).
That's a big reason for getting started on the forum - expanding the global filmmaking network.
