I just recently joined indietalk.com, so I'll put up a short I made with my friends. It's pretty lame with no effects but I think I made the sound pretty spot on.

This isn't nearly my best work, but It was fun to make.

the idea wasn't too bad, would have been much better if you had made them appear as light sabers(its actually really easy, even i can do it, just look up some tuts if you don't know how). it could use some work, but with that some, you could make it into a pretty good short!

You could add a lot to this by experimenting with some rotoscoping. There are a lot of great video tutorials available that show you how to do it. Video CoPilot has some free plugins for AEFX, even. Or just even doin' it the old fashioned way.

You took the time to actually choreograph your little adventure here; seriously, take a crack at getting some actual sabre drawn in there. It will add 1000% more.
