I'm really thinking of doing a feature next year, and taking it seriously. I'd be on the budget of about $1500-$2000. I'll be 15 then and have done some shorts. I've been making films for a couple of years now, but only recently have I started taking it seriously. I was wondering your opinions regarding when the right time to shoot a feature is?
I'll be shooting a lot of scenes where the character is running, while bullets shoot past him and planes fly overhead (got the VFX covered for this). There won't be any close up fight scenes at all. Other action scenes may include just basic gunfight shots, where the angles will have to change a lot to give the audience a better view of the action.
