What documents should I sign ?

Hello there .

My upcoming 'big' project is currently in pre-production . It will be showcased on TV by the end of the summer .

The thing is that I never signed any documents ,ever. However I am kinda afraid that once they show it on TV or maybe in some local film festival some of the people who gave me the locations for free might say '' Hey I don't want my place to be shown on TV '' or maybe some of the actors will change their mind in the last moment and say '' Hey I don't want my face to be on this festival'' .

I've never done any documents and stuff just because everything I do is showcased either on Youtube or I just don't upload it anywhere . But here it is a bit more serious so I was thinking ,what are the things as far as documents goes that I should take care of?

One more question , as I'm Bulgarian ,should I translate all the forms ? I mean the people which are participating know very good english so . ?
 
I would say yes to translating them, in case (at some point in the future) you might need to show them to some one who is not fluent in English.
