He was convicted of tax evasion and sent to jail, but he's out and is under house arrest.

I wonder how this is going to affect his future movies, especially if he appears again in the Blade franchise.
 
He may be able to get permission to work.....especially if he has to pay fines or restitution. If he's wearing an electronic monitor they can track him 24/7.
Mr. Snipes found out the hard way you can't get away from death and taxes.
