I dont have any equipment, or experience I did wrie a script but it was too convoluted and politicaly rooted

The thing is that A freind of my freind made a horror movie for $1,000.00 an indie film and he's working on another. The movie was pretty good. He made a short film afterwars that was better than the horror movie.
My freind and I both Have Ideas for several movies, and the problem is that I for one cant come up with something "tiny".
I love Genre films, Mostly Action and thriller type movies and I just don't want to do everything every other Indie filmaker does. I just Don't do well with Strait Dramas and shorts.
I used to make Underwater Miniature effects vids which have gotten lost with a VHS C camcorder, some of which looked real.
I know people balk at attempting a feature the first time out especially something with a Very daring subject matter. I like to touch on things most people avoid.
I used to build models a long time ago so I wanted to do something where i Can Shoot some nicely made miniatures outside and put the actors either forced perspective or a small amount of green screen compositing.
I have Currently an Idea for an untitled for now Anti-Creationist scifi-fantasy picture that involves a young Physics Researcher being transported to a Universe Ruled by a Creatonist church of intellegent design that puts strict restrictions on scientific research on the origins of the Universe. Part one of a trilogy, the first act and most of the 2nd act takes place at a college campus.
In fact a majority of the film will probably take place indoors except the 3rd act which involves the main charchter running from bad guys through the woods. where it cuts off at a cliffhanger.
I havent started writing.
I also have an Idea for a Lonesome drama about a Beautiful Intersexed woman who feels isolated and taken advantage of by society, but I think its too depressing to even start working on I have part of a treatment but its a heavily emotional peice.
Another Idea I have is about a Electronic music band from LA that comes to Louisville kentucky (I will live there soon) and they get caught up in a web of Seduction and danger in the form of a band members
adventurous girlfreind and a brutal drug dealer.
