Well iv been searching and searching for materials on how to make costumes etc, iv come across alot of stuff, EVA foam, Pepakora (spelling), Fibre glass etc...
but i believe i have now found the easiest and cost effective best solution... the material is re-usable, Yes if you trim your pieces, you can use the spare parts and join them together again like putty..
to use this matieral, all you need is paper, foam<- Not essential but helps, a heat gun < essential and scissors.
this wonderful material is called Worbla - http://www.coscraft.co.uk/3-plastics-and-foam
I do not endorse worbla but my god when i saw how easy it was to do this (no doubt its harder than it looks) it requires no fibre glass no days of waiting, can be painted on etc its a wonderful material, also im guessing that theres possibilities for other things to be made with it, obviously i havent tested the matierial when it has hardened but once i found this i thought id share it with others who might want to get creative.
