Wanna design costume? look no further

Well iv been searching and searching for materials on how to make costumes etc, iv come across alot of stuff, EVA foam, Pepakora (spelling), Fibre glass etc...

but i believe i have now found the easiest and cost effective best solution... the material is re-usable, Yes if you trim your pieces, you can use the spare parts and join them together again like putty..

to use this matieral, all you need is paper, foam<- Not essential but helps, a heat gun < essential and scissors.

this wonderful material is called Worbla - http://www.coscraft.co.uk/3-plastics-and-foam

I do not endorse worbla but my god when i saw how easy it was to do this (no doubt its harder than it looks) it requires no fibre glass no days of waiting, can be painted on etc its a wonderful material, also im guessing that theres possibilities for other things to be made with it, obviously i havent tested the matierial when it has hardened but once i found this i thought id share it with others who might want to get creative.

Hmm, interesting.

That stuff (as pellets) is included with a few brands of phony prop teeth (vampire, etc) to make a mold of your teeth & partial upper pallet. At the end of the day, did not help at all to keep fake teeth in place - at least on the scene we have to reshoot.

Good to see some great usage of it, though.
