Hey everyone!
You might have seen me posting for the past couple weeks so I thought I'd introduce myself to everyone. My name is Dennis and I'm 21 years old. I have just started my journey into filmmaking although I have make some smaller films here and there for school and for fun.
I live in a small town called Minot, North Dakota. Although, we are booming currently. As in, the lowest paying jobs start around $9 an hour and I started at a target making $13 an hour doing retail work.The only bad thing is that apartments which are two bedroom and could be going for around $600 anywhere else are starting around $1600 here!
I was in a band for quite some time. We played hardcore/screamo music. We were signed to a record label out of New York and toured the entire country multiple times as well as played on the Vans Warped Tour. But after putting out our full-length record and touring full-time, we eventually had to part ways.
After leaving the band I needed a new hobby. I have ALWAYS LOVED films and I intend to do the best possible job on mine. I found this forum to be extremely helpful already and I plan to use it to my full advantage.
