We filmed this in only about 3-4 hours. We were rushed because we were on private property. During the middle of it we were actually kicked off the property but I convinced the guy to let us have 10 more minutes to finish it up. That's why it looks somewhat rushed in some parts. There are also a few glitches here and there but it's a YouTube video so I ain't really worried about it. Just love making films. Hope you like it.

DESCRIPTION
A futuristic sci-fi action thriller about a fictional American civil war during the 21st century.

Years of governmental corruption accompanied by years of protest has led to the uprising of civilians of epic proportions. This is just one of the many heroic stories of this civil war.

When the U.S. set martial law in 2051, Sgt. York was there to help the cause. After being mistreated and disrespected, York went AWOL. He spent several years truly learning about the corruptions of the government he once served and decided to take arms against them. This is his story...

Those guns, at least one of them, was obviously a water gun. And the burning of the flag? Very overused.

Nice showcase of effects, but a fairly cliché story that doesn't really have much original to keep me interested. Even the shots were all based around the showcashing of the action as opposed to actually being good.

Sound quality was good... but for some reason the voice felt a bit off. Like it was detached from the scene.

The acting was weird too - whilst the guy was being shot at he just walked peacefully onwards.

tl;dr: Nice effects, but a poorly executed, and frankly overused story. It doesn't seem like much planning went into the shots.

Stick Arms there aint breaking anybody's neck. Have him wear a long sleeve shirt. Hes nice and trim but his arms poking out of his short sleeves sorta took me out of the movie.

Flat black spray paint is your best friend. If it looks like plastic, hit it with flat black and it will rock.

Very nice work wheatgrinder, you're a very good cinematographer. Thanks for sharing. I will stick with it and hopefully I will get better and get to your level. In the meantime, I'll keep posting videos and getting more insight from the people here.
 
Looks like you guys had fun. When they started teleporting it was kinda hard to keep up with. It just looked like bad cuts.
