"TENT" scene - ext or int

So something like this ...

EXT. FIELD - DAY

A huge open air tent is sitting in the middle of the field.

__________________________________________________________________CUT TO:

INT. TENT

Johnny and Suzy are sitting in the middle of the tent. They are looking around at the people coming and going from the tent. Suddenly the tent bursts into flames, and Johnny and Suzy die.

Poke

PS You have to make sure that Johnny and Suzy die. If they live, you've committed one of screenwriting's oldest mistakes - NOT LISTENING TO POKE.

My understanding is that INT or EXT and DAY or NIGHT are included in the lug line so that the production teams know what they'll be dealing with in terms of lighting and other production issues such as weather continuity.

A tent presents all the logistical issues of shooting outside, therefore the tent must be EXT, unless it is large enough for the camera to be inside and then it's INT.
