Super-8: Sankyo Super CME 440 Hi-Focus

Hi!
I just bought a Super-8 camera (the Sankyo Super CME 440 Hi-Focus, as said in the title).Looks great,but there was no manual with it.I changed the batteries,but I don't know how to turn it on.
Does anyone here ever hadone of these cameras?If you did so,how did you mannage to make it work?

When you pull the trigger the motor should operate. If it doesn't
then you have a broken motor. Put a super8 cartridge in and
pull the trigger. If even that doesn't work then you have a broken
camera.

A super8 camera doesn't turn on like a video camera. You need
to pull the trigger.
