music Solfeggio frequencies

Hi music guys!

I apologise again for abusing this forum for my music questions, but then, please use me for film dramaturgy (script, cinematography a.o.) related questions,
but can anyone explain to me how (or if) I can create solfeggio frequencies with non-electronic instruments?
Or are for example Tibetan singing bowls in these frequencies?
Or maybe someone can advice me a book

The reason you are hearing so many sounds is that they wanted it to be more musical, .... Just a lone sine wave frequency would sound naked.

That's my point - one can't claim that a very specific frequency has a very specific effect, and then mess around with it in all kinds of different ways!
