Smalltown queer into sci-fi, drama and psychological thrillers

You tell us what kinds of projects you have or want to work on, what kinds of films/directors/genres/etc./and-so-forth/and-so-on really get you going, the challenges you face - as a filmmaker - in Lisbon, or anything else that comes to mind.

It can go something like this......

Hi! I'm Uncle Bob, one of the resident sound gurus. I started out as a performing musician, got into music engineering/recording and finally wound up in audio post; I've been running a small audio post facility (I record musicians on occasion, as well) out of the basement of my home for about 18 years now. I've done seven features, countless shorts, a few docs, a seasons work for a Network cartoon, VO/ADR work, subcontracting to other studios (even doing "donkey work" like organizing/cleaning/prepping/etc. audio files), whatever I can get my hands on to make a living. I'm really into sci-fi and war films - which works out well as they are genres that usually have great sound design - and I'm a sucker for Frank Capra films.
