He did a lot of television, but was in quite a few well known films, such as "Meet the Parents," "Scent of a Woman," "The Talented Mr. Ripley," "Snow Falling on Cedars," "Carlito's Way," "Basic Instinct," "My Cousin Vinny," and "Independence Day" to name just a few.

Lots of good memories with this guy. As article suggests, would never know his name, but no mistaking the face. Such are the awesome character actors.

I just had my son aged 16, watch Scent Of A Woman last weekend. He was a pretty good actor. he was also in The Game and I really liked his performance in that.
