RANDOM!!!

What should I put on my website for my filmmaking company. It's freelance so I do most of the work and it's just for internet viewing. ????

Thanks in advance.

A website just for internet viewing?! :hmm:

Heh.

Maybe embed some videos of projects you've made or worked on.

Maybe do a blog-type thing which you update every week.

Are you looking to get hired to do things? Then make a resume-style website.

Lots of possibilities, really. You sound like you need to figure out what you're doing first, though. Focus.

What should you put on your personal film website? How about film you've shot, and updates on what you plan to shoot? Also you could put your film resume on there. Maybe a blog.

Look at other film company sites. Some are flashy...some are simple.

As an example of a simple film maker's site which I really admire: www.pentaworks.org

As stated;

You have to choose what your website is for.

If its for you as a filmmaker, then a resume/show reel type website is good. You can direct potenitel employers there instead of pasting your resume in an email.

If you are a company or trying to start one, then a comapany style site is what you'll need.
