Be sure to sit down and make an inventory of EVERYTHING you feel you bring to the table and I do mean everything... From imagination and the kinds of stories you lean towards to what kind of software you're using.

The more info a prospective writing partner has about you, the more he or she can dwell on all your positives... You should also have at least one writing sample as well.
