“EROS”
… Love is having the courage to let go …
"Eros", shot in Adams Morgan, Washington DC
is the first episode in the "DC Crossing" Miniseries
Its interwoven stories on love, sex, and relationship 's mores
and pathos seek to shed light on the inner-identities of three culturally
diverse mid-twenties couples in urban DC.
It raises issues on how self-denial and myopic views
can cripple, and how the courage to let go can reincarnate
one spiritually to grow, and to love others and be loved
in forgiveness and redeeming grace ..
--------------------------------------------------------------------
DC Crossing Miniseries
The intermixing of sub-cultures in urban crossings
tend to break down the barrier of discrimination, and intolerance that can propagate .. perhaps it’s in the mixed breeding of humanity, as is the case with canines, that societies foster peaceful temperaments, and maybe even peace itself - Richard/ Dir., 'DC Crossing'
