Is there anyway I can a footage or audio one frame back or forward without dragging it? That would really be great especially in audio syncing. :]

editing Premiere Pro Short Cut - One Frame

As in drag it? Not that I know of, I normally just zoom in really far. Also, as someone kindly pointed out to me here recently, top right of the timeline window there is a down arrow where you can select to show it in the audio units, which means you can make audio syncing more exact. I know it's not your question, just thought it was useful if you didn't know about it

Shift+Alt+Left/Right nudges 5 frames left/right
