Premiere Pro CS5 moves audio 3 frames

Whenever I encode something in Premiere Pro CS5, the audio becomes unsynced by 3 frames.

I've read where other people have experienced this.

Have any of you came up with a solution?

I'm about to encode a feature length and I don't want the audio to be off by 3 frames after days of encoding.

Thanks!

Oh! Also, do you have a section of the audio timeline that has absolutely nothing in it?

If so, lay down a blank/silent audio track for the entire duraction of the film. I forget the exact export settings, but there was one default setting that would not recognise blank spots, and would shift the audio down the timeline to fill it up each time it encountered some.

Maybe that's it.

ohh good idea. I'll check it out.

I wonder if I encode each track of audio so there are no blank spots and then place them back in, lock the audio/video, and then encode the movie... if that'd help..

I don't want to shift the audio over 3 frames prior to encoding b/c that is just silly but I may have to do that! haha. I'll keep you posted.
