Here post doesnt cost as much as I have read in the threads above. Most people go for bulk package deals and the costs come down significantly.
I am from India's premiere film school, and my batchmates all work in 'Bollywood'. Most of us have our own small post setups at home (FCPs/Pro Tools). Even going to a studio is relatively cheaper. I could getyour work done at something like USD 10 per hour for offline, USD 80/hr for discreet smoke finish, a little higher for flame. you name it. If you have many hours' work, we can get it done at a package deal.
Of course for the final say, its best if you are here to take the aesthics decisions, else you could also get the huge chunk of tracklaying/offline work here and get mixing/online at your presence.
