Pitching films with nude scenes to investors

Ahh, this one's a little tricky,

Has anyone gone about making a pitch for a feature film that will include nude scenes? If so, how? Would you include the fact it has such scenes in the initial letter/e-mail or wait until the discussion process? At some point it should come up and my thoughts were sooner rather than later. Your thoughts?

It should come up as your genre and target market part of your pitch.

If it wasn't clear (It's going to be fairly clear if you're making a T&A movie or even implied if you're aiming at B-grade horror) then it may be best to include those details in your paperwork. Investors don't really like surprises. If you're hiding something as simple as nudity, what else are you hiding?

Haha no one's hiding anything. I'm just wondering, when sending out that initial letter, how would you word it?

It does depend on the investor.

Typical investors that are worried about returns, then keep it business like. Talk about returns based on like films.

If you're talking to an investor who isn't worried about the return, but would prefer to have their daughter/wife/girlfriend in the film, just skip that investor and move on.

Taylor your pitch/letter it to the investor.
