I'm a bit clueless about the power supply requirements, can the wattage be too high and cause damage?

Open to suggestions on parts.
I want an upgradable computer for games and color grading.

I forgot a wifi card but it's plugged into the router with a cable for now.
Strange to me that premium wifi cards don't have Bluetooth functionality and you need a separate dongle, it seems natural to bundle those two.

Anyway I just wanted to make a quick note here because I think it's funny
There are four fans in the tower I bought
A fan on the power supply
A fan on the CPU
two fans on the GPU

There are eight fans in this thing, idk why that strikes me as funny

Edit: It's not loud but I would definitely turn it off before filming in the same room.

Don't use wifi, cable is better.
