Open Stadium INT or EXT?

How do I write the slugline when I'm inside an open stadium? INT or EXT?
In the first scene we are outside of the stadium and in the second scene we are inside.
I wrote:

EXT. OUTSIDE STADIUM - DAY
.
.
.
EXT. INSIDE STADIUM - DAY
.
.
.

Is it right?

Do you have sunlight or must you create your own lighting setup from scratch?

That will answer your int/ext question for any circumstance.

Filman thank you! Very helpful!!

sfoster I have sunlight but some people on internet say that it is still INT!

Cracker Funk I need to ask you: is your question serious??

If you're going to be using sunlight outdoors.. and you're going to be using microphones intended for outdoor use.. then it's an outdoor scene.

A screenplay is a blueprint for making a movie.
I would not use indoor lights or indoor audio equipment for a stadium.

To me...

INT STADIUM would be where you go to buy concessions. You're surrounded by walls and artificial lighting.
EXT STADIUM SEATING In the seats watching the game
EXT STADIUM PARKING LOT Pulling up outdoors

Just be specific and you can avoid confusion.
