Newbie question about adobe audition

any suggestions on making an automatic fire loop out of a single gun shot?
I just layer away, and it doesn't sound right?

I'm not very good with audio haha..

No idea. But I can say that looping one shot, sounds like a bad idea. Wjat are you going for. Full auto. Different instances of a single shot....etc?????

sorry for the late reply. going for the full auto sound. but without it sounding so uniform...
