My Portfolio

I feel like I went into some other demension.

Scrap the whole site and keep it simple. WAY too much going on...I still have no clue where to click. People should find what they need in less then 2 seconds. If you sent me to that site for a job I wouldn't even try to navigate through that site. Not trying to be harsh...but people get too into the layout. The simpler the better.

Now I was going to list recommendations and advice for the site... but I see that you just grabbed a template so I dont think there is a point to breakdown the layout.

Here are a few templates that I think would be better:

if you are willing to learn a little css then there are TONS of great free css templates out there that you can use (favorite: oswd.org).

So keep it simple and make sure people can find specific things (your email, a short you recommend, where you live, etc) as quickly as possible.

The layout is really bad. Horizontal scrolling is annoying (usually it happens when content is too wide, not for navigation). Better off making separate pages or using a vertical scroll.

Um, in addition to horizontal scroll being annoying, some people, by which I mean me, may not be smart enough to figure out that it's there for about 3 minutes, and may stare dumbly at the screen trying to figure out how to get to the videos ;p.

I really enjoyed the movies you had up though! In terms of content I definitely thought you did a really nice job :)
