I'm stoked about the move.
Gonna move in with an up and coming production company downtown. We are not merging companies, just sharing some space. Otta be a win/win for all those involved. I'll be able to lower my rate to $150 an hour due to low overhead and this will greatly increase my volume.
plus, man, it's always freakin fun to find new places for the lava lamps.:yes:
 
eh, I've got it down now. One trip in the van moves the whole Avid suite, desks, chairs and required lava lamps. I can hook it all up in less than a day. I'll move next weekend and be open for bidness the following Monday.
This is the updise to not having my own building anymore... now that was a chore.
