Hi all,
here is my latest poptent spot. Not much chance of winning, as its not a very good sell, but it was a fun excuse to play with macro photography. Check it out..

I used
GH2 (unhacked)
Chinon 55MM lens
Macro extension tube
My homemade slider
The last shot is stock footage, the rest is me, with my teenagers helping.
We did this is about 10 hours, from concept to upload, and yeah it shows.. :-)
The music is a stock20.com track

Thanks Paul, this was a pretty fun to shoot. I just sorta "found" a hand full of macro tubes for my m42 lenses, and don't know really what they do.. but I kinda get it now..

The grading is MBL of course, but I built my own preset, it call it "wheats'74" ...

jeeze, I need to do a better job of cleaning my misc gear! lol
 
That was awesome. Loved the track shot over the strings at the bridge. Very nicely done.

And no, don't clean the gear! My excuse is "dust = texture". heh
 
lol.. but that bass bridge is RUSTY.. I didn't even know until I looked at it on the monitor! That said, it is like 20 years old with at least 15 years of hand sweat on it so a bit o' the texture is ok..
