looking into a new camera

i just learned about the sony nex vg 20 and it looks really nice
i currently have the canon t2i but i'm not loving the whole dslr thing.

do you think saving up for the sony nex vg 20 would be worth it?

Looks like a very nice camera for 2 grand. I think if you bought some support and mobility gear like a slider, you could get some really nice results from this. You could create a show like "hoarders" or "tornado hunters" with just this camera and some sound and mobility equipment.

It's almost as good as the cameras people were paying 20 grand for 5 years ago. Perfectly good for unscripted broadcast television. (such as reality tv, or even lower end scripted stuff) Great bang for the buck.
