looking for short script Thiller/Horror

I will be Producing and Directing a Short Film in the coming months. I am seeking a short screenplay, 8-12 pages - 15 max. A Horor/Thriller type story - something smart! Not too much Special F/X but if it's that good I'm willing to take a look at it. Needs to be Low Budget.

The film will be made for a Horror Event in connection with a Horror Festival. No pay - writer credit and copy of the final cut only.
