Hello IndieFolk its Asher! Been a while since I posted on here. I am very hyped to present this first small teaser of my dream film. The Kings World: War of the Void. In the works for many years. This film deals with suicide doubt, fear, anxiety, loss, depression, failure and much more! It’s purpose is to motivate and inspire those who have been through such things. I’d love to know what you think of this teaser! Thanks so much. This movie and the villain portrayed is completely original.

Not much teasing going on there ...

The reverb on the audio makes it too difficult to hear the words; the animated character does the same thing twice (but nothing else); and I'm seeing the Eye of Sauron on the left and Saruman's staff on the right (the character's hand) ...

Still a long way to go before it could be considered motivational or inspirational.

Thanks for watching the trailer and writing that I appreciate it. The “eye of Sauron” as u called it on the left is actually a black hole. Which is consuming all of reality. What is teased here is the films absolutely terrifying villain. Thanks for the reverb advise. As it says itself, it is every doubt, fear, and nightmare combined into a singular entity. Its more than just a villain and in the story proves to be an incredibly abominable, harrowing and tremendously devastating force. That was the teaser‘s purpose, to tease the enemy. Part of its motives and goals. In the end as you might guess, the characters will have to combat this force, which is going to be incredibly inspiring and motivational. Especially against an Enemy like this. The whole purpose of this movie is to be inspirational and I believe this villain, this insane obstacle will bring the motivational capacity to the max. I mean it’s not in The teaser cause it is a “teaser” but that black hole is all the fears and doubts and dark dreams of the universe condensed so much that they have collapsed into a singularity. I really hope u love the next trailer which will delve into this stuff more. Idk about you but I think that’s insane lol and I’ve spent years making it up. Thanks a lot for the advise tho on the reverb.

Live action? Where?

I feared people wouldn't be able to tell but everything you see is actually completely live action. All of it is composited of real live action photos. The writhing, moving background is all made of crystal clouds. Which are actually live action photos of real rocks put together pain stakingly lol. Also the hand he is standing on is composited of live action rock, the second shot too is all live action. The field he is standing on is a block of ice I photographed. I understand though why people would think it is 3D animated 2D animated or otherwise I completely understand. In the vast majority of the film though there are real actors and real locations, this was just a vision you saw. But still technically live action.

And even though I agree that it does look a little fake (even tho technically it is live action). It will be much more believable as live action once combined with real sets, higher quality close ups, actors and more.

I think you misunderstood lol. What you saw in the teaser is actual, technically live action footage that will be in the end product of the movie. What you saw in that teaser is legit footage in the movie. Also, Principal photography has already begun and the first scene of the movie has been filmed. I have a photo attached of a set of armor I bought for one of the characters which will be shown in the next trailer in a months time. The reason I’m teasing early in production is because I want to build up hype early. The advertising plan Includes teasing small little glimpses such as the one you just saw. Along with 3 big trailers in the future. Hope this made sense lol. This movie is live action, currently in production.

Thank you! It’s Simple though really. In summary.

-What you saw is technically live action. Live action photos and components stitched together.
-There will be real actors as well interacting with these diverse landscapes, and also filming in separate real sets/locations, like forests, waterfalls etc. We are in production now.
-What I teased, is only some of what we have made so far.
