No book will teach you as much as real world (reel world?

) experience. Get out there and work on films with other people as well as making your own -
you'll learn a lot!
I'm sure that others will chime in with good books about cinematography, lighting, etc., and I'm sure someone will trot out "Rebel Without A Crew."
For my part I'll recommend:
Sound and Vision - Michael Chion
The Practical Art of Motion Picture Sound - David Yewdall
The Location Sound Bible - Ric Viers
The Sound Effects Bible - Ric Viers
Dialog Editing - John Purcell
The Foley Grail - Vanessa Ament
I obviously have my own bias as a sound editor/mixer/designer, but
"Sound is half of the experience"
and too many filmmakers completely ignore sound, until it is much too late.
