I can't comment on the formatting and dialogue, but I was enjoyed and invested throughout.

Can't wait to see the finished screenplay... and hopefully film

This is pretty much exactly why you should not write a movie that requires a celebrity that you most likely will not be able to get. I rolled the dice on this one because Kevin Smith seems like he might dig this idea and want to do it. He got the screenplay months ago and I have not heard a peep.
