Too long and slow. Cut it down, and put in some more interesting music.

this seems like an interesting documentary but it definitely needs more interesting shots to be a trailer..but when you finish this id like to watch

I actually didn't think it moved slow at all, it kept a nice pace. I think you need to spend more time elaborating on what exactly you intend to accomplish for the viewer during the documentary, though. It's a cool idea, to have this "Joe in the Tunnel" going around and experiencing the graffiti, and cataloging it, but that couldn't hold me for more than a couple minutes. Documentaries need to have a mission to fulfill by the end, in my opinion.
