It isn't a DSLR. It's an old SLR. And it won't do video.

EDIT: If it is an old SLR that you're looking for, lemme know and ill check it out more thoroughly and tell u wat i think.

It all depends on what you're looking for in a camera.
If you want a DSLR that shoots video, this is not one.
If you want a decent photography camera, this is one.
How much is he asking?

The cheapest decent DSLR for video seems to be the 550D… which is quite a bit more than $80 I'm afraid.

If that's your price-range, I recommend used miniDV. If you can afford to go higher, T2i (our Brit friends call it 550D) is your best low-price option.
