distribution is a Netflix Deal exclusive?

Can you have your film on netflix while having it on another SVOD/AVOD?
Are there particular services that Netflix is dead set against?

I presume, from the comments, that Netflix may not demand exclusivity. But, if you're lucky enough to get Netflix's attention, I suggest you get an entertainment lawyer to assist you. I know lots of reputable ones in New York City.

If you’re thinking of sending Netflix your project, be aware they do not accept unsolicited submissions or projects from outside of their already known network of agents, producers etc
