Introducing my movie at a private screening?

First time producer, giving his second private screening to a nice size audience. Kind of asking your opinion of how you announce your film to the crowd before and after? The first screening was bad. I was like a deer in the head lights and forgot a whole bunch of stuff to say, left things out and what not.

Introduces the actors after, right? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

How about, "Hey everyone, I'm Conroy Films, the producer of the film you are about to see. On behalf of the entire cast and crew, I just want to take this opportunity to thank you all for coming out and supporting us. Enjoy."

Did you have a checklist written down to reference? You can't afford a teleprompter to keep you on track. I bet you can afford some notecards to fit in the palm of your hand.

I was maybe going to try and explain the difference between independent film and studio film. And of course, who wants to invest in my next project!
