International Production of 36 Motion Pictures

I'd be interested in doing Polti's Number 5.

It's too bad I live in the US. I imagine my competition will be fierce.
Much more than if I were in Togo making a French language film or
in Suriname shooting in Dutch.

I have a question; Since there are several countries that speak English
as their primary language how are you going to work with that? If you
pick a filmmaker shooting in New Zealand for your English language
will filmmaker in other English speaking countries need to make a film
in another language? And if, say, a filmmaker in the US chooses Spanish
does that mean that no filmmaker in Spain or most of Central and South
America can shoot in spanish?

What if there is a filmmaker in Togo who wants to shoot in their primary
language? Does that mean a filmmaker in France cannot shoot in French?
