In your first link, techwars... from around 55seconds, I hear a little E Street band... :) am I mistaken?
Not to worry if they were an influence. I like their music and so the rhythm reminded me of one of their songs.

Do you have any online samples of your work being used in film?

I'm working on a great short but it's not going to be finished for over a year. I have a lot of kung fu training to do.
