If anyone is good with Flash MX 2004

Does anyone know how to create a simple preloader in the begining, I made a flash intro for one of my movies, and I want a loader in the begining. Please help.

Any does anyone know how to have a roll over sound on buttons?

You might want to go through the tutorial that's on your MX disc, too. Lots of illustrations and how-tos in it.

hmm I guess that only works for Flash 4 and 5
My version is Macromedia Flash MX 2004, Flash 7
