how to use a green screen costume.

How do i use a green screen costume in a movie. Ok so i am wanting to make a paranormal movie. Not like paranormal activity it will be more like an investigation with a team. But i need a couple of green screen costuems. How do i use them the way i want. Which is, I want my characters to be sitting there watching something then something will fly accross the room But i want my green screen costume person to through it. It will be shot in a house. And i would like to use them to where it looks like someone is getting picked up and thrown. How do i use the green screen costume to give that effect. Do i need any kind of special effects software. Or visual or editing software for that. If so please let me know what i would need to do so.

With all the stuff you can do in After Effects, I don't think I would use a green screen costume just to get something (or someone) to fly across the room. Effective green screen requires even lighting -- all of the greens need to be very close to identical. But if you've got somebody in a green costume, there are going to be shadows galore.

I think a combination of wire-fu and/or rotoscoping is what would do you best.

How did you decide that a green-screen costume was the solution to your scenes' actions & activities?

Well i never really decided yet. But i have seen on many videos. How i can use it to fake a lot of stuff. So i thought maybe i could use it to fake or have someone in the suit. Act as something paranormal going on. Like things falling off the wall. One part i would like to use in my movie. Would be the camera catching a actor getting lifted in the air like something has her then throws her. If its not recomended. Could you recomend something that will help me with doing these actions. What is the difference between blue and green suits.

The difference between blue and green suits is that one is blue, and the other is green. But they're used the same way.

I already made an alternative recommendation, but I'm not going to type an essay for you. Do some research on rotoscoping. That's the post-production tool I'd use if I wanted to pull this off.

Cheers, and best of luck. :)
