WHy don't you just alter your video size? Say you want 2K 2:39 aspect ratio. So you set your video size in project properties to 2048x858. Adjust your video to fit inside the frame and there you go. Means, that when you export, you will have an actual 2:39 size file instead of a normal window, with black bars!

you can but , you can't see the result when you are editing!

Of course you can! Because you set it in your project settings! And then you render it the same way!
