editing How to make health bar

Whats the easiest way to do a health bar? is it possible with adobe premiere? Or is it best to do my video with premiere and import it to after effects and do the health bar?

LOL sorry, I didn't explain it very well. I Meant a health bar like the ones you see in a fighting game

AE would be better, youll also want to track the head etc..

create the full health bar as a new comp
use a keyframed mask to increase\decrease it.
Get fancy and do it with expressions and make a procedural solution.
