Majority of Production COmpanies I've spoke too, won't accept an 'unsolicited Script'. Therefore, what is the best method or methods, to obtain a Producer or Agent to submit your Script to a Production Company here in the UK???

The best method is to sell a screenplay to a small prodCo. One sale will
make agents take notice. Another method is approach an agent with
several (say 5) excellent marketable scripts. If you can show an agent that
you are a marketable writer they will take you on as a client.
