How can one find out who was the sales agent and the distributor for a movie?
I was thinking of getting the IMDBpro account, nut not sure that they have it on there...

When the movie plays, there should be one of those "A Pair-a-mounts Film" slates... start there, perhaps?

You could also check the "trades" (eg. Variety, Playback)

That's as good a place to start as any.
