How to achieve this CRISPY image?

I'm just wondering how did he produced such a CRISPY image? Is it possible in my 600D?

Your camera has a nice big d@mn CMOS sensor in it.
With the right lenses you should be able to record similar images.

One glance at that footage told me it was post sharpened.

Use an Unsharp mask in your NLE or similar. That's all you have to do.

Thanks for the details. Just wondering what do you mean by "right lenses"? Like a prime lense? Well, I'm a newbie and I have under the impression is that the lenses will only let you be more flexible like a longer focal length on a crowded street, or a high aperture for a low light room but does it really affect the quality per se? I thought it was done by the camera body.

YES prime lenses are sharper

Wide lenses have a deeper DOF than telephoto, which may help sharpness. High quality glass like L series or Zeiss is also way better and more clear than cheaper stuff like Tamron or even a Canon kit lens.
