Hollywood needs to produce more diverse movies.

I'd like to see some more movies in the fantasy genre, such as LOTR. There's hardly anything good in that genre, particularly high-budget.

They're working on a "Dragon Riders of Pern" film. I'm a huge fan of the novels, and I'm sure that they're going to butcher it.

Yeah, I'm not sure Pern would really translate well to the screen. Still, dragons, so I'll be there.

I'm similarly concerned about the Ender's Game movie. Really, really love that book (and sadly I doubt they'll do the sequels. Or rather, they'd probably do the Shadow books rather than the other Ender books)
