Hello everyone in the film community. My name is Courtney and I am an aspiring filmmaker just like yourselves. I am 19 years old and currently I am attending Cal State Long Beach and I am majoring in business management and minoring in film. I have also directed a short and PA'd with some industry professionals. By joining this website, I am hoping to learn the skills, resources and advice that you all have to offer. It would also be great to network with people who are as passionate about film as I am. I appreciate film as an art. I feel as though it reflects our culture, our values, our ideologies and our past. Film is the means in which all art forms can be combined together to evoke not just one person's observations in life but an entire group's. We come together as artists. This is why I appreciate film's existance.
