the easiest thing you can do is put wallpaper on your walls.. if you have blank white walls it looks super amateur.
the biggest impact you can do is take the time to learn how to light properly.. 3 point lighting is great but 2 point lighting is often good enough for youtube. also dont have background stuff running like a fan or a fridge humming along while you record sound,.
